To help you choose the right insole size, we’ve provided a comprehensive size chart based on foot measurements. This chart includes 8 different sizes for kids, big kids, and adults, ensuring a comfortable fit for everyone.
Measure Your Foot
Measure the distance from the tip of your toe to the midpoint of your heel (as shown in the chart). This will help you determine the best insole size for your foot length.
Select the Correct Size
Using the size chart, choose a size that’s slightly larger than your current insole to ensure comfort. You can trim the insole to fit if necessary.
Kids (Size 6.5–13): Ranges from foot lengths of 135mm to 210mm (5.31–8.26 inches).
Big Kids / Adults (Size 2.5–Men's 11.5 / Women’s 11.5): Foot lengths from 215mm to 290mm (8.46–11.41 inches).
Proper Sizing: For accurate sizing, always measure your foot from toe to heel.
Customization: If your foot length is between sizes, it’s best to choose the larger size and trim the insole for a perfect fit.
