We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, email us at Support@ecocartology.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Need a different item, scent, or size? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Just email us at Support@ecocartology.com, and we’ll help you make the swap.
To maintain safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened personal care or beauty items
Used kitchen or cleaning products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your account.
